Elise’s many repeat clients best exemplify her thriving real estate career. It’s not unusual for her to serve clients twice or even three times, as they all want to work with Elise again and again to buy and sell their homes.

But she hasn’t always been working with buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Before 2012, Elise worked in hospital sales with Wyeth. In this role, she honed her customer service and negotiation skills. She also learned a great deal about marketing, which is an essential skill for every great agent.  Elise’s time at Wyeth gave her the tools to cultivate a successful real estate career.

Today, Elise takes a focused, honest, and detailed approach to every transaction. Most of her clients are referrals or repeat customers, and she takes great pride in developing those relationships over time. Her clients also appreciate her market knowledge, technological savvy, organizational skills, and discretion.

Real estate sales and general brokerage are Elise’s true passion. She relishes the opportunity to assist clients every step of the way and truly enjoys being a part of their very significant and personal real estate journey.

Elise deeply understands a broad geographic region that includes Baltimore, Howard, and Anne Arundel counties. She also has extensive knowledge of Baltimore City and is familiar with its neighborhoods, including Roland Park, Homeland, Guilford, Ruxton, Woodbrook, Greenspring Valley, Hampton, and the Falls Road corridor.

Elise is a nationally recognized relocation specialist, but she also works with buyers and sellers of luxury homes, single-family homes, and first-time buyers of residential real estate.

She has been the distinguished recipient of many prestigious awards, including the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award, earning special recognition for sales volume and residential units.

When she isn’t working with clients, Elise enjoys traveling to Connecticut and Ireland with her large family. She also spends time volunteering and is an active Johns Hopkins Hospital Women's Board member. Additionally, Elise is an avid tennis player who loves to bike and hike. She is also a lifelong student of the piano.
